Hair Painting
Select the image you would like to add hair to or create a head in Paint Shop Pro. My original image, created in ZBrush is below.
Use the Spray Can tool to block in with a darker shade of hair then you want, the hair area.
Using the Paint Brush tool and a lighter shade than your blocked in shade, draw in highlight lines.
Using the Smudge tool, smudge the highlights into the darker blocked in color.
This is a quick way to create 2d hair in Paint Shop Pro. Using finer brushes will give you finer detail.
