The first filter is the Browser Preview filter. You can load your image into the Browser Preview filter and see what it's going to look like on different operating systems as well as with different color depth settings.
Using the Browser Preview is a quick way to preview compression, color depth, and monitor gamma.
You can choose how you want colors to be processed.
You can choose what palette you want to use.

Web Posterize converts your images to web safe colors automatically. Use the sliders or the dice to view different settings to get the best effect.
Web Scrubber reduces dithering in web images. You can bias colors toward web-safe colors while still controlling brightness, contrast, and bit depth. I know the title bar says Web Posterize but trust me this is Web Scrubber.
You can pick the color depth and use the sliders to adjust your images to your liking.
