A lot of times we'd like to restrict access to certain pages on our web sites. With the Authentication Builder we can do just that quickly and easily.

Choose a feature.

Set focus to the login field or not.

Select a theme.

Preview it to be sure it's as you'd like it.

Now, although we're done in the Builder, we need to do a couple of things before it will actually work. Go to Project>Settings and the following dialog will open. Choose the security tab. You've probably already got a connection but if you don't you can go to the Connections tab to create one.

Fill in the fields with the required information.

Oh my gosh! We're out of Builders! But we're not done yet. There are still more tools in CodeCharge Studio to make your work quicker and easier. We'll move on to the  Forms and HTML Tools now.

This is the Standard License that gives you the right to own and run the software forever, similarly to buying a packaged software in a store.  Minor software upgrades/updates/patches will be offered free of charge for unlimited time.  However, major software upgrades may be offered in the future at an additional cost, for example an upgrade from version 2.0 to version 3.0 may be priced at $150 (exact pricing to be determined at the time of the release). You can protect yourself from additional upgrade fees by subscribing to the Annual Maintenance Plan, or by purchasing a non-perpetual license (subscription) instead. Non-Perpetual License

This is License Rental that gives you the opportunity to cost-effectively "subscribe" to, or rent, licenses of CodeCharge Studio software on an annual basis.  You  benefit by having the right to always use the latest version of the product at no additional charge.  For tax-saving purposes, you can also report such software expenditure as a business expense rather than depreciating capital investment.

CodeCharge Studio is available for computers running the following operating systems and environments:

• 64 MB available RAM
• 30 MB available disk space
• 256-color monitor capable of 800 x 600 resolution
• Windows 95, 98, ME, NT4, 2000 or XP
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
• Databases Supported

  CodeCharge Studio can connect to virtually any ODBC compliant database using the appropriate drivers installed on the computer where CodeCharge Studio is present. Supported databases include:

  • Microsoft SQL
  • Oracle
  • MySQL
  • Microsoft Access
  • All other databases with an appropriate ODBC driver

  The generated code does not require ODBC connectivity and connects to the database using the method appropriate for the particular environment, for example ADO for ASP, JDBC for Java, PHPLib for PHP, or DBI for PERL.

  Generated code runs on all operating systems with installed application servers capable of executing the following programming languages:

  • ASP 3.0 (runs on IIS and PWS servers with VBScript 5.5)
