Jasc WebDraw 1.0 Jasc is at the technology forefront with WebDraw. WebDraw is a vector graphics editing application that is just too cool. WebDraw is a wysiwyg (what you see is what you get) vectors graphics editing tool that not only works in wysiwyg mode but you can also edit the source code. Along with being able to view your work in the above two modes you can also preview your work to see what it will look like completed.
Some of the great features of WebDraw are the ability to import svg (Scaleable Vector Graphic) files, many vector drawing tools, create vector shapes, layout tools, animation timeline and editing, source code editing and source code preservation. As with all the other Jasc products; the WebDraw interface is extremely easy to use and the learning curve is low to mid range. You can create custom shapes and use the WebDraw shape tools as a starting point. You can apply filter effects, gradients and patterns to your objects. You can animate any object, attribute or property including gradients, filters and/or patterns. You can edit any element in the svg file including non graphic objects. The source view in WebDraw is the xml file that defines your canvas. If you know xml you're set. If you don't know xml; it's not that hard to learn and won't take you long to get up and running if you are interested in source editing. It is not necessary to know xml to use WebDraw because of it's wysiwyg environment. Check out the WebDraw tour at Jasc to see just how terrific this application is. Features: Graphic Design Tools
