Emotion 3D
Paully Penguin there is jiving to the silent tunes of a deserted island. But he could be anywhere, in the forest, in a city, on a road, or you can choose from lots of other backgrounds. Of course Paully came with Emotion 3D. Can't you just see him snapping his fingers to the groove?
Emotion 3D is about the coolest thing I've seen come along in a long time. It comes packed with clip art ready for you to animate and when you register you get a free animation pack.
Emotion 3D is about the simplest software to use that I can think of. Start by selecting your object, and your animation is just seconds from completion. You can choose the size of your animation, move your object around to place it just where you want it, and even rotate it. Emotion 3D allows a variety of image import formats including wmf, gif, bmp, jpg, png, tiff, 3DS, and X(Direct X).
Image export formats include animated gif, JavaScript rollover, bmp, jpg, psd, wmf, png, and tiff. Check that out. Yes, you can import your buttons into Emotion 3D and it will create your JavaScript rollover buttons for you. Amazing! You just import a button in, assign a rollover and export it, just that quick!
Emotion 3D comes packed with many backgrounds to choose from or you can choose a transparent or solid colored background.
Choose from many preset animation actions. As you can see I chose the Dance2 animation for my penguin above.
Emotion 3D allows for quite a few special effects to liven up your animation or static image.
All of the effects above are options for use with JavaScript rollovers. Once you've got your animation the way you like it, you can export it and you even have options for the quality of the animation.
The little guy below is one of the options you have when creating your objects. I created a button with a plain white background and the text "NEW!" on it. Then applied the bot object to it and some animation. It took less than 60 seconds to create.
