Animaniac Animaniac is an animation builder used to create navigation menus, scrolling banners, buttons and apply effects to text and images. You will need to have the Java Development Kit installed on your machine to run Animaniac. The main user interface is simple to use and understand. With Animaniac you'll be creating in no time at all.
You can set up your banners and images with different animation effects from easy to use pop up menus like the one below. Before you actually apply an effect or settings you can preview just to be sure it's the way you want it. You have options for using background and foreground images and can set direction and intervals as well as making your banner or image a link.
Creating navigation can sometimes really be a pain. With the Tree Navigator you can create a menu tree applet by just adding the link and the link text. You can choose where each links goes in the tree and if you need to add or remove links from your navigation tree, it's as simple as loading up the file in Animaniac, altering it and rebuilding it.
